1. Returns
Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:
The product received is damaged during delivery.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product received is defective or materially different from the product ordered.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after delivery with the order details and supporting photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
2. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please inform Delta Bio Greens Pvt. Ltd. within 48 hours of delivery.

Contact number
Photographs of the product
Photographs of the outer packaging
A short description of the issue
Our team will review the request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we may arrange a replacement with the correct product or provide an eligible refund.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted for products that:
Have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
Have been damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
Are returned without the original packaging where the packaging is necessary to verify the product.
Have been altered, mixed, or contaminated after delivery.
Are returned without sufficient evidence of the reported issue.
This does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
5. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered where:
The wrong product was delivered and replacement is not possible.
The product arrived damaged or defective and replacement is not available.
The order was cancelled before dispatch, where cancellation is permitted.
Delta Bio Greens Pvt. Ltd. is unable to fulfil a confirmed order.

6. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed to the original payment method or through another appropriate method communicated to the customer.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Customers are responsible for storing agricultural products according to the storage instructions provided on the product packaging.
Products damaged due to improper storage, moisture, heat, direct sunlight, contamination, or mishandling after delivery may not qualify for return or refund.
10. Refund for Unavailable Products
If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled because the product is unavailable, Delta Bio Greens Pvt. Ltd. will inform the customer and provide an applicable refund for the amount paid for the unavailable product.
